AeroNex Solutions – Consultation Terms & Conditions

1. Booking and Payment
All consulting sessions must be booked in advance through our online booking system.
Full payment must be completed before the consultation begins, unless otherwise arranged.
For on-site consultations, separate travel expenses will be billed and must be approved in advance.
2. Cancellation Policy
We request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee.

No-shows without prior notice may be charged the full service amount.
3. Rescheduling
Clients may request to reschedule an appointment at no cost if notice is given at least 24 hours in advance.
Rescheduling requests within 24 hours are subject to availability and may incur fees.
4. Service Scope
AeroNex Solutions provides consulting, diagnostic, and troubleshooting services related to aerospace hydraulic and actuator systems.
Consultations are advisory in nature and do not guarantee a specific project outcome unless separately contracted.
5. Travel Expenses Policy
For on-site consulting services, clients are responsible for all travel-related expenses, including but not limited to:

Airfare

Hotel accommodations
-
Ground transportation
-
Per diem costs (if applicable)
Travel cost estimates will be provided separately and must be approved prior to appointment confirmation.
AeroNex Solutions reserves the right to decline on-site services if travel arrangements cannot be agreed upon.
6. Confidentiality
All information shared during consultations is treated as confidential.
We will not disclose client information to third parties without written consent, unless legally required.
7. Client Responsibility
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, documentation, and system access necessary for a productive consultation.
8. Limitation of Liability
While AeroNex Solutions exercises the highest professional standards, we are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our consulting services.
9. Changes to Terms
AeroNex Solutions reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
Clients will be notified of any significant changes prior to their next appointment.
