Work outside the agreed scope should not proceed until the impact on responsibilities, schedule, deliverables, and fees has been addressed.

AeroNex provides the engineering support identified in the applicable engagement. Unless explicitly agreed, legally authorized, and professionally qualified, AeroNex does not represent itself as the client's:

- Return-to-service authority
- Quality approval organization
- Legal advisor
- Export-control advisor
- Maintenance release authority
