Aerospace projects may involve proprietary designs, maintenance findings, internal reports, supplier information, operating data, non-public drawings, or other sensitive materials. AeroNex can discuss the use of a mutual nondisclosure agreement or a client-provided confidentiality agreement before detailed information is exchanged.

06Engagement

Changes are addressed explicitly

If new information, additional components, expanded analysis, travel requirements, schedule changes, or additional deliverables materially affect the original engagement, AeroNex may propose a written scope adjustment. Work outside the agreed scope should not proceed until the impact on responsibilities, schedule, deliverables, and fees has been addressed.

Defined technical responsibility

AeroNex provides the engineering support identified in the applicable engagement. Unless explicitly agreed, legally authorized, and professionally qualified, AeroNex does not represent itself as the client's:

  • Certification authority
  • Regulatory authority
  • Airworthiness authority
  • Return-to-service authority
  • Quality approval organization
  • Legal advisor
  • Export-control advisor
  • Maintenance release authority
Responsibility Statement
Final decisions remain with the organizations and authorized individuals responsible for the applicable design, maintenance, quality, operational, regulatory, certification, and airworthiness functions.
