Inquiry information is used to evaluate whether a requirement aligns with AeroNex's capabilities, to respond to the inquiry, to plan confidentiality and engagement steps, and to maintain business records. AeroNex does not sell personal information and does not use inquiry information for third-party advertising.

The website is operated using third-party hosting, form-processing, and email services. Those providers process information on AeroNex's behalf under their own security and privacy commitments. The final policy will name the actual providers in use.

The website form is not intended for classified information, export-controlled technical data, controlled unclassified information, proprietary drawings, or confidential client materials. Do not submit such materials; any received in error may be deleted.

Inquiry records are retained for as long as reasonably necessary to evaluate and respond to the inquiry, maintain business records, and meet legal obligations, after which they are deleted or anonymized.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information you submitted by contacting AeroNex. Applicable regional privacy rights (such as those for California residents) will be addressed in the final policy.
